Four police officers from the Special Operations Group (SOG) have been killed in a suspected banditry attack at Damajale in Liboi Sub-County Garissa County.
Police reports indicate that the assailants attacked the four who were on board in a probox killing them on spot.
The suspects made away with three AK 47 riffles allegedly belonging to the officers.
Bodies of the four have been moved to Liboi Sub-County Hospital pending postmortem.
Police have launched investigations to establish the motive behind the Monday attack and bring the assailants to book.
