A court in Kisumu has sentenced to life imprisonment a 71-year-old man after finding him guilty of defiling and impregnating his 15-year-old daughter.
The suspect reportedly committed the offense on diverse dates between June and September 2020.
The accused had been accused of defiling and impregnating his two daughters but the court found him liable for one.
Principal Magistrate Everline Onzere, during the July 7 judgment, convicted the elderly man of incest and defilement and jailed him for life.
